Singer-actress Karylle may be in Singapore right now for a television project, but she is not stopping herself to promote her latest music video "OMG" from her fourth album entitled, Roadtrip. "OMG" is the carrier single of her latest album.

In the music video, we can see several Internet-words on the background or those words often seen in chatrooms or when messaging friends over different social media networks. The use of "OMG" in this carrier single of Karylle would mean "Oh, My God!", an expression often used by girls when they see their crush or something unexpected has suddenly happened.

The P-Pop inspired music video is directed by Quark Henares and choreographed by Georcelle Dapat of the G-Force. Below is the music video of Karylle's carrier single, "OMG"!

Tobey Maguire is back... and he is wearing PRADA!

Yes! You read it right! Tobey Maguire, who is well-known for his superhero character, Spiderman, is now back on track, but this time, he is not doing movies for now. His famous spider-suit is now changed to a Prada-suit as Maguire, 35, is helmed as the new endorser of Prada. He signed a contract to Prada Menswear for their fall/winter ad campaign.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 35-year-old actor posed for a series of brooding shots by photographer David Sims, modeling men’s sportswear—including a tailored suit jacket and a variety of sophisticated sweaters

"Miuccia Prada has inspired a culture of creativity that is woven through every aspect of her company, from her collections, her campaigns, to every design detail in her stores," Maguire enthused adding, "I have such admiration for her artistry and I’m thrilled to be a part of Prada’s fall campaign."

Superman's New Costume for 2011!

Our favorite red-caped superhero will have a new look in the 21st century rebooted edition of "Action Comics" according to DC Comics last Friday. Although our favorite Man of Steel still wears his skin-tight blue suit along with his red cape which he wore since Superman was first introduced in June 1938, the newly-feel costume will have an upgrade in the middle portion of his body. Superman will now have no pants, or perhaps that red speedo thing in his crotch area and will have a red belt instead of the traditional yellow belt that we always see on him.

According to LA Times, the new Superman comic series that will be released in the "Action Comics" of DC Comics, will restart at issue No. 1 in September, with Scottish writer Grant Morrison and artist Ralph "Rags" Morales at the helm. According to report by The Hollywood Reporter, DC Comics also plans to relaunch other titles in the DC Universe, which includes superheroes such as Batman, Wonder Woman, and the Green Lantern. New characters, stories and, of course, costumes will be introduced across the board. World's Shortest Man is a Filipino!

Towering only at 23.5 inches or 59.93 centimeters or nearly twice the size of two rulers, a Sindangan native from Zamboanga del Norte and a Filipino named Junrey Balawing was declared by the officials of Guinness World Records to be "The Shortest Living Man in the World", yesterday, June 12, 2011, while the entire Philippines is celebrating the Philippine Independence Day. Coincidentally, Balawing also celebrated yesterday his 18th birthday at Sindangan Municipal Hall where the townspeople of Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte partied to the declaration of Junrey Balawing as the world's shortest man.

The "World's Shortest Living Man" title was formerly owned by Nepal's Khagendra Thapa Magar with a measurement of 26.4 inches until yesterday's confirmation of Junrey Balawing's "world's shortest living man" title. I just don't know if this is a good news or a bad news to the entire Filipino nation. Anyway, below is a raw video Junrey Balawing while he was measuring by the Guinness World Records officials. Whatever Happened to "Nasaan Ka Elisa?" of ABS-CBN?

"Nasaan na nga ba si Elisa?" yan din ang tanong ng karamihan sa atin kung ano na nga ba ang nangyari sa pinakaaabangang teleserye ng ABS-CBN na pinagbibidahan ni Melissa Ricks, ang "Nasaan Ka Elisa?" mula sa Chilean telenovelang "¿Donde Esta Elisa? (Where is Elisa?)".

"Nasaan Ka Elisa?" was originally intended to be shown on March 7 as part of ABS-CBN afternoon block (Haponstatic) which was later changed into Kapamilya Gold. The teleserye remake of the Chilean telenovela is really promising, from the story, to the scenes, up to the artists and production. Kaya lang, mukhang tatlong buwan na ang nakalilipas simula noong ipromote ito, hanggang ngayon eh wala pa din tayong napapanood na "Nasaan Ka Elisa?". Eh, nasaan na nga ba itong teleserye na ito?

Ayon sa aking source, ang "Nasaan Ka Elisa?" na pinagbibidahan ni Melissa Ricks, gayundin ang "Maria La Del Barrio" nina Erich Gonzales at Enchong Dee, at iyong "Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Hiyas" naman ni Zanjoe Marudo eh hindi nakapasa sa standards ng mga taga Movie and Television Reviews and Classification Board or MTRCB. Ang naturang tema di umano ng mga nabanggit na upcoming teleserye ng ABS-CBN ay hindi maaring ipalabas sa hapon. Ang pagpapakita ng mga "mature" roles ay nararapat daw sa pang-gabing timeslot (10PM onwards). At dahil na rin sa rason ito, ang tatlong nasabing teleserye ay hinahanapan pa daw ng timeslot.

Sabik na sabik na ako sa totoo lang sa paghihintay kung kailan ipapalabas ang "Nasaan Ka Elisa?" dahil na din sa kakaibang tema nito at produksyon. Ayon sa aking source, ang teleserye raw na ito ay maaaring ipalit sa timeslot ng "Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin" kapag ito ay nagwakas na. Ang full trailer ng "Nasaan Ka Elisa?" ay makikita dito.

"Marry Me, Mary" on ABS-CBN!

ABS-CBN, the first and true home of Asianovelas, brings you yet another Korean romantic-comedy-drama that will surely complete your afternoon block with love, romances, and kilig. "Marry Me, Mary" also known as "Mary Stayed Out All Night" starring Kim Jae Wook (Coffee Prince), Jang Geun Seuk (You're Beautiful), and Moon Geun Young (Cinderella's Sister) is set to replace the timeslot of "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho" which is on its finale week this coming week.

Here's the short synopsis of "Marry Me, Mary" also known as "Mary Stayed Out All Night" on drama-wiki:

Wi Mae Ri (Moon Geun Young) is a cheerful, pragmatic daughter of a failed businessman who had grown used to being constantly on the move to escape from debtors. She becomes fast friends with the free-spirited indie singer Kang Moo Kyul (Jang Geun Seuk) when she nearly ran him over in a car. Meanwhile, her father Wi Dae Han is saved from his debtors by his old friend, Jung Suk, who had just returned from considerable success in the Japanese entertainment industry. Jung Suk, who had harbored a secret love for Mae Ri's mother, sets up a deal with Dae Han to have Mae Ri marry his son, Jung In (Kim Jae Wook). In her desperate to escape this predicament, Mae Ri begs Moo Kyul to pose as her husband, and finds herself in even more trouble than before when her father proposes a 100-day period in which she has to divide her time equally between Moo Kyul and Jung In, after which she has to decide who to marry.

ABS-CBN recently released the full trailer of "Marry Me, Mary" and it is posted below. "Marry Me, Mary" is set to be shown on June 20, replacing "My Girlfriend is a Gumiho" on ABS-CBN Haponstatic.
