UPDATED: Manny Villar's Campaign Jingle in Japanese Version

A few days ago, an officemate friend pointed me to this link where i can listen to Manny Villar's campaign jingle in Japanese version. It's weird but still, the last song syndrome (LSS) effect is still there. I just don't know if Manny Villar will use this Japanese version of his campaign jingle to entice absentee voting in Filipinos living in Japan or perhaps the Filipinized Japanese living here in the Philippines. TYC's Top 10 Traffic Sources and Top 10 Most Visited Blog Entries!

The year 2009 wouldn't be successful for my blogging career here in The Yatot Chronicles (TYC) if not for the traffic sources that made my increase of number of visitors up to 200% a reality. That's why I am presenting to you my top 10 traffic sources for 2009. Again, thank you for giving me superb traffic all the time!

TYC's Top Sources and Referrals (in order)

1. google.com, search engine 29,794 visits
2. direct, yatotchronicles.blogspot.com 5,135 visits
3. silkenhut.com. SEO website 2,386 visits
4. digg.com, social network 2,035 visits
5. widgetbox.com, blog traffic website 1,666 visits
6. yahoo.com, search engine 1,140 visits
7. live.com, search engine 400 visits
8. search.com, search engine 379 visits
9. msn.com, search engine 361 visits

From the above sources, I can say that search engine websites love this blog so much, well... especially google, where I get 60.69% of my total visits that I have accumulated last year! The blog traffic generator websites, widgetbox.com and entrecard.com also helped in gaining visitors for the past year. If you will also notice, the SEO website of Allen of silkenhut.com was on top of my referrals, this is because of our little experiment that we have done for the past year... hehehe! Good work for the both of us Allen! Looking forward for working with you again this 2010 and oh... and please give me mooooore traffic! Aaaaww!

Other referrals which come as runner ups are the search engines aol.com and spock.com, and social networking websites such as stumbleupon.com, facebook.com and twitter.com.

They're amazing, aren't they? Hahaha!

TYC's 2009 Compulsory Year-End Review!

The year that was 2009 was great here at The Yatot Chronicles (TYC). For the past year, we have made some small achievements that I can be proud of as a blogger. As compared to the year that was 2008, the 2009 for TYC has become very successful in terms of increasing the number of daily visitors, number of page hits, search engine visits, and some other factors. Below is a list of the things that I have achieved for TYC's year 2009 which I forced myself to have it on a compulsory basis, hehehe:

• TYC has started building up traffic through search engine optimization. It's not that big in terms of traffic, but it helps a lot in the number of daily visitors;

• Because of optimization procedures done in TYC, I have received my first and second adsense paycheck in 2009. I told, it's not that big! Hahaha... I am not a monthly earner, so don't ask me how to make money online for free;

• As always, I have shifted from one blog template to another. Hehehe... if you are reading this on your email, chances are, I have a new blog template for the year 2010! Aaaww!;

• I have added some new categories every now and then which started this year. But then again, I must stop writing under that particular category/categories due to unavoidable work related circumstances.

• If you haven't noticed yet, my blog is now more focused on entertainment, television and movies categories. But of course, I have occasional blog entries on blogging and writing as well. Wahehehe...

• The months of January to March has always been a very productive blogging months for TYC. On these months, I have accumulated a total of 55 blog entries, that's 51.4% of the total blog entries that I have made for the year 2009. Hahaha... My lowest number of blog entries for the year was in August and just last December with a total of 2 blog entries! Waaaahh...

• However, as compared to my 2008 statistics, TYC has acquired a total of 200+% increase in terms of blog visitors for the year 2009! Now that's an achievement for me, indeed! This year 2010, I will try my best to have a 500% increase or more in terms of blog visitors... I hope I can do that with the right optimization and killer blog posts! Aaahhh... the possibilities are endless!

• And finally, TYC has launched a blog dedicated to bring you movie news and other movie related stuffs. Last December, together with blogger friend, Richie of Idiot Box, we successfully launched MovieNews.Me! So far, we are getting consistent number of traffic since we launched it! Yay! Cheers to all moviegoers out there for making MovieNews a reality and a success!

For the succeeding blog entries, I will be giving away my keywords optimization report and the most visited blog entries for the year 2009. Onwards 2010! (I know, this is sooo late of a new year blog entry! Hehehe... My bad... Aaaaww!)
